I cared for someone in a way I never said out loud. The timing was wrong, the feelings were real, and I’m still learning how to let my heart breathe without the future I once imagined.

Lately, I’ve realized my son is teaching me how to heal — without even trying. His laughter, his innocence, and his love remind me that healing doesn’t always come from reflection or prayer alone. Sometimes, it comes from joy, presence, and the small moments that pull you back into life. 🌿

The last time I wrote here was September 2023, and I had no idea how much life was about to change. From losing friendships and my job to battling through radiation, becoming a student again, and saying goodbye to my dad — this past year has been a journey through loss, growth, and grace. I’m not the same woman I was, but maybe that’s the point. I’m still becoming — softer, stronger, and learning to find purpose right in the middle of everything. 💛

Take a deep breath, remember that you’re exactly where you need to be, and remind yourself that it’s okay to not be okay!
